Embrace Dental Hygiene is committed to providing exceptional care and service. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without providing sufficient notice it prevents another from being seen. Please call us at 519-736-1100 by 1 PM on the day prior to your appointment to notify us of any changes. To modify a Monday appointment, please call our office by 1 PM on the Friday before your scheduled appointment. If sufficient notice is not provided by Phone you will be charged $50 for a missed appointment.
